We work hard to package every order with care and ship it to you as quickly as possible.

📦 Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• During launches, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your grace!

🚚 Shipping Rates
• $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders
• FREE Shipping on orders $49+

📬 Delivery Times
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days depending on USPS transit times.

📦 Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

📨 Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Grace & Glow Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
USPS delays and lost packages are rare, but outside of our control. If your package seems delayed, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
