We want you to love your Grace & Glow Co. products!
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Because our tumblers and journals are produced in small batches, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email a photo within 7 days to starla@graceandglowco.net, and we will replace it.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or with a printing defect.

Order Issues

If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately at starla@graceandglowco.net.
We are unable to change an address once the order has shipped.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. You will receive tracking once your order ships.
